Senior Resources

United Way Halton & Hamilton’s Resource Library for Older Adults.

This booklet is intended to support older adults and their caregivers by providing access to information on programs and services, to share in the power of storytelling and to provide an additional personal record booklet for individuals and their next of kin.

With the development of this resource guide, a supplementary booklet was created to assist individuals in keeping track of important information in the case of an emergency.

Please see the “My Personal Record” booklet for more details.

Caring for Community During COVID-19: Older Adults Resource Guide was funded by the Government of Canada.

Connection in Action supports adults aged 55 and older who live in Halton by increasing awareness of opportunities for social connections.
