Anne is the President of 2WA Consulting, a company she founded in January 1996 specializing in leadership, change, performance as well as governance issues.  Her firm is sought after by many companies in the public, private and not-for-profit world to help them change their culture, improve team functioning, create a more consistent management style and ensure everyone is united around common goals and expectations. She is also a Forum Chair for MacKay CEO Forums – working with CEOs from Canada’s mid to large size business community.  She creates an environment where these leaders can share some of their hardest issues and learn from their CEO peers.  Previous positions include: Chedoke-McMaster Hospitals, Chief of Organization Development and Education, 1996-1997 and Mainstream Access Corporation, Vice President, 1990-1996. For the United Way, Anne was our 2009 Hamilton Campaign Chair and served as Co-Chair of the Leaders Campaign for the United Way of Burlington & Greater Hamilton for 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011. Anne joined the Board of Directors of the Burlington & Greater Hamilton Board in 2014 and has served as Board Chair since June 2015 until March, 2017.  She has held other roles as a volunteer in the community – including past Board member for the Hamilton Health Sciences as well as past Board Chair for the YMCA of Hamilton and Burlington.  An active Rotarian, Anne has served as President of the Rotary Club of Hamilton and is currently serving as an Assistant Governor for Rotary District 7090. Anne is also Past President of the Executive Women’s Golf Association – Golden Horseshoe Chapter; Past Board Member, Hamilton Club – 2010 to 2014; 2002 Hamilton Athena Award winner for professional excellence, community service, and for actively mentoring women; and Past President, Hamilton Gallery of Distinction.
