Adejisola is a people manager with RBC Royal Bank of Canada. She has been working with RBC for 16 years and in the Banking Industry for 30 years. She is a retail banking specialist, a collaborator, result focused, and a consummate high achiever. Prior to this role she was a Branch Manager, where she led her branch to senior manager level. Adejisola was also a financial planner for 4 years; she provided integrated planning advice with a focus to retain and grow a portfolio of high-potential and high-value clients. Adejisola moved into leadership role because of her passion to build leaders. A coach, mentor, community leader, and author. She believes in paying it forward and so very much involved in her community, was a Steering committee member of Federation of Black Canadian, and founder of Council of Nigerian Professionals Inc. (CNP), and African Caribbean Council of Halton (ACCH). She is a volunteer with JA Central Ontario, a mentor with Access Employment and TRIEC, and an ambassador with Algoma University. A lifelong learner, she completed her EMBA in Digital Transformation with DeGroote Business School, McMaster University in 2019. She holds an Accounting Diploma from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos Nigeria; BSC in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University Nigeria; Bachelor’s in Business Administration with minor in Human Resource Management “Honors” with Algoma University, Ontario Canada; and has the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) Designation with other professional certifications. She is married with two children. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading, volunteering, and watching movies.
